Villa Lumen is our family villa on the western coast of Cyprus — a calm, sun-soaked house designed for slow mornings, long lunches outside, and evenings spent watching the sun fall into the Mediterranean. The sea is close enough to hear from the bedrooms.
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests in comfort. A spacious open kitchen flows onto a covered terrace, a private pool, and a rooftop with uninterrupted views over the banana plantations and the sea beyond.
Fully air-conditioned, fast 300 Mbps fibre throughout, and a quiet location that still puts you within walking distance of the village, the beach promenade, and a handful of excellent local restaurants.

This is a quiet residential street, so we only host families and small family groups — no parties, no events, no bachelor/bachelorette trips. Every inquiry comes to us personally; there's no agency in the middle.

Questions, answered
Who do you rent to?
Families, and small family groups travelling together. The villa is set up around children and slow days by the pool — not loud nights or large gatherings. Two of the three bedrooms easily fit a family, and the village around us is quiet and walkable.
Are parties or events allowed?
No. Villa Lumen sits on a quiet residential street and is offered only as a family vacation home. We don't accept bookings for parties, events, bachelor or bachelorette trips, or large group celebrations.
Are pets allowed?
We don't allow pets inside the house. Please get in touch if you'd like to discuss outdoor arrangements.
What about smoking?
Smoking is permitted outdoors only — on the terrace, by the pool, or on the rooftop. The interior is strictly non-smoking.
What's the minimum stay?
60 nights. We don't take bookings shorter than two months. Guests who book the full summer season receive a significant discount — get in touch for details.
What's included in the price?
Full air-conditioning, 300 Mbps fibre internet, weekly garden care, pool maintenance twice a week, a weekly cleaning service, and private on-site parking. Bed linen and towels are not included — for stays this long, guests usually bring their own or pick them up locally.

How do we get there?
Paphos International Airport (PFO) is about 30 minutes away by car. Larnaca International is around 90 minutes. A rental car is the easiest way to get around, though the village itself is fully walkable.
